Namely, when our bodies do not have enough Omega-3 fatty acids and phospholipids in supply, it often happens that our mental function is impaired, which in most cases has a negative effect on our mood. Many people who have problems with bouts of bad mood and mood swings have found that increasing their intake of Omega-3 fatty acids is helpful and it actually improves their mood. Therefore, it is only logical to assume that krill oil will help you improve your mood, as it is rich in Omega-3’s.

 

Many pregnant women have come to the conclusion that krill oil has helped them alleviate the effects of mood swings. On the other hand, it has also been noticed that krill oil-based supplements may support healthy menstrual cycle. Therefore, it can be said that women as well as men can and in most cases will benefit greatly and in many different fields from taking krill oil supplements.
